Middle School pupils had a great time in science c Middle School pupils had a great time in science club today looking at the science behind bonfire night and fireworks. Pupils carried out flame tests to change the colour of the flame, used iron fillings to make sparklers, produced oxygen to re-light glowing splints and looked at making a fire canon.

Looking back on our Hello Yellow day a few weeks a Looking back on our Hello Yellow day a few weeks ago, raising money for Young Minds. Everyone enjoyed the cake sale at break time, which was manned by the Y6 pupils. In total we raised £290 over the day, through the cake sale and the donations for wearing yellow accessories. Thank you to everyone for their support!
Leehurst Swan Songbirds starting Tuesday 4th Novem Leehurst Swan Songbirds starting Tuesday 4th November. A new music class for children aged 2-3.5 years. Led by Early Years Music Specialist Sarah Budd. Tuesdays 1.30-2.15pm, followed by refreshments for children and adults. Please email r.orchard@leehurstswan.org.uk to book on. Places are limited to 8 families. £40 for the half term of 6 sessions.
