Evenings, weekends and school holidays. Daytime weekday hire is also possible.

This depends on the space, but can include tables, chairs, Wi-Fi and basic AV. Requirements are agreed in advance.

Yes. Alcohol may be permitted by prior agreement and subject to appropriate controls and licensing where required.

Organisations are normally expected to hold public liability insurance. Private hirers without insurance should discuss this with us when enquiring.

Yes. Parking arrangements will be confirmed as part of your booking.

Groups working with children are expected to follow appropriate safeguarding standards.

Cancellation terms are set out clearly in the hire agreement.
