We are delighted to showcase Year 9's Independent Research Projects in a virtual awards ceremony. Pupils have worked on areas of their own interest, been inspired and enthused by new methods of study and developed skills that will be increasingly helpful throughout their education.

Projects included dress-making, creative writing, photography, cider and cheese making, environmental issues, history, music, and we even have some inventors amongst us!

Pupils were judged by Mr Ayres and Mrs Wright for the depth of their research, their initiative, creativity, time management and presentation skills.

We are delighted with the wide variety of projects, the depth of research and the passion and commitment shown by our Year 9s!
