Year 8 hit the road armed with sun cream for a gorgeous blustery day by the coast. They looked at how different erosion processes have shaped the coastline at Old Harry Rocks in Dorset.

Our pupils walked from Studland to Swanage with great enthusiasm and at incredible speed! The lockdown fitness regimes have really paid off! They were rewarded with fish 'n' chips before heading to Corfe where they learnt about the horrible histories of the castle.

The children’s behaviour so impressed the owner of the Corfe sweet shop they were rewarded with a box of lollipops! Well done Year 8 - a cracking day!
