Miss Frazer began her career in finance and customer services before moving on to become a 1:1 teaching assistant in 2012. In 2014 she relocated and joined her local primary school as a teaching assistant for both Year 1 and Year 5.

She developed her career working at both Norman Court and Embley schools before gaining a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology whilst simultaneously completing her teacher training in 2019. She gained her qualified teaching status in 2020 and was thrown into the world of teaching during lockdown providing online learning.

Miss Frazer loves to read and has a keen interest in cognitive development of children and adolescents. She undertook a course at Helen Arkell in teaching children with dyslexia and researching different approaches to teaching maths.

We are also pleased to have welcomed her daughter to the School.

Miss Frazer’s ambition is to live on a Greek Island and write a novel!
