The Salisbury Primary Schools Swimming Gala

Leehurst Swan entered two Year 6 boys teams and one girls team. The boys were under some pressure as the boys fromYear 6 last year won this event and collected the shield.
A series of heats were held and then the finals were in groups according to times recorded in the heats. The Year 6 girls swam extremely well and came 4th overall but the two boys teams excelled themselves. The ‘A’ team retained the shield with an impressive time in the final and the ‘B’ team came second.
Very well done to all those who competed.
