The School Fees for each term are:
Senior School
£3,995 per term.
KS2 (Years 3 – 6)
£2,700 per term.
KS1 (Reception – Year 2)
£2,285 per term
Pre-School Department
- One full day per week – £462 per term.
- One morning per week – £295 per term.
- One afternoon per week – £240 per term.
- One lunch session per week – £68 per term
There is a 5% sibling discount for the second or subsequent child from one family attending the school at the same time.

Applications for Entry into the Senior School
Acceptance for entry into the Senior School is dependent upon performance in the Entrance Examination, a report from the candidates previous school and an interview.
Parents wishing their children to be considered for entry should complete a Registration Form and return it, together with the Registration Fee of £40 to the School.
The Entrance Examination will take place on a Saturday in January and consists of a Science paper, a Mathematics paper, and an English Paper.
All candidates will be called for interview within two weeks of the Examination. Registration Fee of £40, to the School.

Leehurst Swan Scholarships
Scholarships are available for both existing pupils and those seeking to join Leehurst Swan at the start of Year 3 and 7.
Year 3 Scholarships
There are two academic scholarships available for children entering Year 3. These are dependent upon performance in examination. The scholarship examination for entering Year 3 occurs in January of Year 2.
The examination consists of tests in numeracy and literacy.
The value of the scholarship will be up to 30% of the fees and will be valid for as long as the child is in the Prep Department.
Year 7 Scholarships
A range of scholarships exist for Year 7 pupils entering the Senior School. These depend on performance in the entrance examination, usually sat in January of the year of entry and consists of papers in Mathematics, Science and English. All candidates will be called for interview within two weeks of the examination. School reports are also obtained from the child’s existing school.
Academic Scholarships
The Governors of Leehurst Swan are keen to encourage a broad range of families to place their children at Leehurst Swan. To enable this Academic Means Tested Scholarships are available up to the value of 100% of the senior fees. Provision for uniform and trips is also included in Academic Scholarships.
Non means tested Scholarships are also available up to the value of 30%.
Parents seeking an Academic Means Tested Scholarship should contact the Registrar for further details and complete the necessary declarations of income forms.
Art, Music and Sport Scholarships
are also awarded based on performance in separate examinations. The maximum award is 30% of Senior School fees for each subject and is valid for the total length of time a pupil is in the School.
For all Scholarship information please contact the Registrar. If you wish your child to be considered for a Scholarship, parents should complete a Registration Form and return it together with the Registration Fee of £40 to the Registrar, at least one week before the entrance examination.
Supervision before and after school
Pupils can arrive at school any time after 8.00 am and they will be supervised. There will be no charge for this facility.
After School Care
Pre-Prep and Prep children may stay at school up to 5.30pm. They are looked after by qualified staff in the under eights provision, that is fully registered with OFSTED. Over eights are looked after in the Prep department by a group of specialist staff. There is an additional charge of £1.90 per half hour or part thereof.
There is a Homework Club for children in Key Stage 2 that runs from 3.45pm until 4.30 pm each day supervised by the teaching staff and there is no charge for this service.
There is homework supervision for pupils in the Senior School until 5.00 pm. There is no charge for this.
